Skeptical about third-party unlocks, but Unlockbase has a long track record. When I hit an error unlocking my iPhone 15 (AT&T) myself, I emailed customer service. They replied quickly, confirming their $19.99 out-of-contract unlock would work and promising a refund if it failed. I took the risk. The estimated timeframe was 0–48 hours, but it was unlocked in just 45 minutes! Superb service. I'll only use them going forward and will try an in-contract iPhone next.

It was longer than 5 days (10), but the code, what I keeped worked well with my really old sonyericsson w300i. So now I can use my old phone again.

I had 3 phones to unlock and tried 3 different companies to see which one was best. The other 2 charged me 24.99 and "attempted" to unlock the device but required another payment to try other avenues. UnlockBase charged me the one fee and my device was unlocked in less than 72 hrs. I'm extremely pleased and will be submitting an order for them to unlock the other 2 devices I have. For the record all 3 devices were from the same account with AT&T and were all the same device just different IMEIs.
