My inital thoughts was that all of the phone unlock web sites are scams. My credit card company double checked with me as they had doubts about the site. Yous looked like the most reliable.
It took 5 days to get a update that the phone was unlocked. I tried a different SIM card and it worked. The phone is unlocked.
I will give you a great review on Trustpilot
